With the Legislative Council campaign now well underway I am delighted to be joined on the ballot paper by the brilliant Faith Coleman.

I’ve worked alongside Faith Coleman for over a decade, and I couldn’t think of a more sincere,

principled and capable as the person to stand with me. Throughout her career, Faith has championed an informed public sphere, independent science, full transparency and open debate, because these are the foundations of better policy and a healthier democracy. I’m genuinely honoured to have her by my side.

At heart, Faith is a scientist, not a career politician. But like me, she believes deeply in equality and fairness, and in the responsibility of governments to uphold strong democratic principles for

everyone.

The Upper House has never mattered more. It’s where laws are properly tested, decisions are scrutinised, and power is held to account. When one party dominates the Lower House, South Australians deserve strong, independent voices who will hold the line.

Together, we’re ready to keep fighting for:
